These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my website, services, digital content, and any related interactions with me – Yvonne, a Business & Lifestyle Coach, Certified Mindset Coach, and Network Marketing Professional.

By accessing or using this website and/or my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or services.

 

2. Who I Work With

I support adult women (18+) who are looking to grow personally and professionally through mindset coaching, lifestyle guidance, and network marketing opportunities. My services are not intended for individuals under 18 or anyone not legally able to enter into a contract.

 

3. Use of Website and Content

All content on this website and services (including text, images, downloads, videos, and blog posts) is owned by or licensed to me and is protected by copyright law.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute my content without written permission

  • Use my website or my services in any way that is unlawful or harmful

  • Share access to paid products or downloads with others without consent

You may:

  • Download free content for personal, non-commercial use

  • Share my public blog posts with proper credit and a link back to my website

 

4. Coaching Services

My coaching services are designed to provide guidance, accountability and support. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, mental health or medical advice. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and results from coaching sessions.

Booking & Payments

  • Sessions or programmes must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice – late cancellations may be charged

  • No refunds are offered unless stated (see Section 5 below)

 

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds for digital products, group programmes or coaching sessions are not typically provided unless a fault or error occurs on my part. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to discuss it and I’ll do my best to resolve it fairly.

For coaching packages:

  • You may cancel with 14 days’ notice for a partial refund (minus admin / used sessions)

  • No refunds are issued after programme start unless agreed under special circumstances

 

6. Digital Products & Lead Magnets

Any free downloads, templates, guides, or checklists you receive from me are for personal use only. You may not sell, reproduce, or repurpose them for commercial use.

Access to digital content is typically delivered via email – please make sure you provide a valid and accurate email address.

 

7. Disclaimer

I do my best to ensure that the information I provide is accurate and helpful. However, I make no guarantees about the results you may achieve from coaching, using my products, or participating in my business or programmes.

You agree that:

  • Results vary depending on your effort, background, and circumstances

  • You are responsible for your own actions and decisions

  • I do not offer any guaranteed income claims

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage that arises from using this website or my services.

 

9. Links to Other Websites

I may link to third-party websites or resources. I’m not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, so please review their own policies.

 

10. Intellectual Property
